And it seems he didn't have to wait very long.

"Whuh!?" Izuku sputtered, still mostly asleep. "What is this, is this... my quirk!? What are 'days'? What happens if I say yes-"
As he spoke that final syllable, the 'Yes' flashed green, and the screen disappeared.

"MOOOOOM LOOK!"
"Happy Birthday! Izuku, you almost gave me a heartatta-"
When she turned her back she was surprised to see her son's hand outstretched, an All Might figure suspended in air.
"MY BABY GOT HIS QUIRK!"

After a quick car trip to the hospital, Izuku had his quirk officially registered.

The user can obtain quirks by spending a currency obtained daily. Different quirks have different costs.
Apparently, he could see the effects of quirks around him, and even use them himself if he spent points!
Izuku wondered why the doctor looked so nervous when he read out the effects of his longevity quirk...
But that didn't matter, he had to tell Kacchan right away!

The next day, izuku rushed to show off his quirk to his best friend.
"G-Get away! I don't want you taking my quirk, Freak!"
For the first time, Izuku saw a trace of fear on his friends face.
"Huh? I wouldn't do that without asking first, that would be mean!"
"Yeah right, I bet you're just WAITING to get a quirk like mine! I have a Hero's quirk, unlike yours, all you can do is steal!"
Bakugo walked away, leaving Izuku alone with his (admittedly childish) thoughts.
'I'll show you, kacchan, I'll be a hero! Even if I have to copy others to do it...'
