Summary
As the resident overachiever, Mona Megistus is as logical and reasonable as they come. So when she lands a group project with Albedo, her childhood friend and the love of her life, she naturally thinks the stars are finally aligning in her favour. Nevermind that Lohen, Kazuha, and Scaramouche—ugh—are also involved. They’re just background characters in her fated love story, obviously.
However, upon arriving to the project meeting dressed for romance, she finds Albedo mysteriously absent. Instead of her sweetheart, Mona is surrounded by three boys who don’t fit within the fairy tale mould, and they all seem very, very interested in carving out their own story with her.
Or, it always starts the same: the wicked witch locks the princess in a tower. In this version, though, there is no prince—just three knights who have come to break down the door.
