Summary
What could have happened that Founder's Day afternoon? It's summer 2002 in Port Haven, and Elliot is home from college on his least favorite day of the year, so Alice shows up to cheer him up. After all, he's pretty much her best friend. After some uncomfortable implications from Elliot's dad, they decide to skip Founder's Day altogether and spend the afternoon in his barn hideout playing cards and listening to music.
