Summary
They crashed against the ground in a tangle of limbs, only mildly bruised and scraped this time thanks to their abilities. Atsushi’s ears were ringing as he lay face-down and disoriented on the ground. He did not get paid enough for this shit.
Using his arms, he started to push himself up with a groan only to freeze in place when his hand met something much softer than the concrete floor and was followed by a hiss of pain. Once his vision steadied, the sheer awkwardness of their situation hit him with a jolt.
