Summary
When the sun starts to set, you aren’t sure how long you’ve been walking for. Your face is frozen and breathing comes with an intense burn deep in your lungs. You’re about to sit against a tree and accept your fate, when you notice a small light in the distance.
As you force yourself forward, the one light becomes many. It’s a log cabin, you realize, with smoke pouring out of the chimney. Warmth.
