Summary:
It's October, only a month since Edward and the Cullens left town. Bella is miserable, desperate for anything that can give her an escape. As she finds herself glued to Jacob's side for support, she meets Leah Clearwater. Leah's nearly as closed off as Bella is, reeling from her own breakup with residential king Sam Uley. Who knew that with a little bit of time and a couple of shared joints, the two could find glimmers of common ground.
