Lightbulb sat in the hospital lobby/waiting room, slouched over in the uncomfortable chair and fidgeting with his glowing yellow hands. Alien sat beside him, their antenna hanging slightly over their head as they kicked their legs back and forth.
As much as lightbulb wanted to smash that bastards head against a wall so badly but he had bigger fish to fry, he needed to make sure his beloved spouse was okay.
Just as lightbulb was about to get up to pace around the hospital for what felt like the thousandth time the nurse walked into the room, a sollem look on their face, that worried lightbulb but he just assumed it was due to it being 5 in the morning.
"Your spouse is ready to see you, you can follow me sir"
Lightbulb impatiently walked behind the nurse and by extension alien was following behind him, skipping and looking at every little shiny thing that caught his eye. (and because it was the hospital everything was shinny) As soon as the nurse showed them the door to the room facty resided lightbulb opened the door, almost slamming it as he rushed to his beloveds side. Facty was quietly laying there on their side quietly sobbing into their crooked glasses.
Lightbulb hesitantly started to reach out his hand but flinching back before touching facty. After a few seconds lightbulb slowly took off factys glasses and placed them on the stand beside the hospital bed so they wouldn't get ruined.
"Facty what happened..?...where's the bab-"
"The baby is gone..I lost the baby....." , facty sniffled before moving a hand to wipe their eye.
"..."
lightbulb stood there shocked before leaning in to give facty a warm embrace.
"shh shh...it's okay it's okay...it's not your fault...you couldn't help it....", Lightbulb mumbled to facty, a glowing hand combs through their matted blond hair.
"HEY GUYS!, IS THE KID HERE YET?!? CAN I NAME THEM! CAN I NAME THEM JIMMY!?!" , alien shouted through the hallway before entering the room.
"Guys. ..?"
As alien entered the room lightbulb looked up and have alien a glare before they ran over to them and choked them.
