   “Paige tries to stay as still as possible, feigning sleep in order to keep watching them through heavy lidded eyes. Jess apparently shared Azzi’s uncanny ability to sense when Paige was watching and the both of them turned their heads to look at her. Paige can’t find it in herself to be disappointed that she has been caught when she sees their faces light up in delight at the realization that she’s is awake.”
