Summary
Steve is so bored. Hydra never usually assigns him boring missions, but this time the soldier has gone deep cover, deep brainwash, as Congressman Barnes, and Steve has been assigned as his babysitter. It’s boring, until Rumlow assigns them another mission. One that they need Bucky to be the Winter Soldier for, except… there’s not a chair in sight. Rumlow tells Steve he’ll just have to think of another way to get the soldier back.
