Summary
“Surnames don’t really matter now in this new world, but the name’s Ishigami Senku.”
Senku— after Gen disappearing after Magma’s attack and his subsequent recovery— started to actually think of a backup plan in case the quack magician actually snitched to Tsukasa that he was still very much alive (not that he expected him to snitch anyway). Even still, whether or not Gen lied for his sake, Tsukasa’s Empire would definitely check up on the village one way or another.
In between making Ruri’s cure-all-sulfa-drug, Senku has been mixing up something he was sure Gen would happily applaud on him for— primitive hair-dye and makeup.
Senku takes a page out of the mentalist’s book and plans on blending in with the village—
… the village is called what now?
To protect Senku’s identity from the Empire of Might— Gen and Ruri with the help of the villagers devise a perfect plan to hide Senku in plain sight.
With Senku finding out the village’s name and origin slightly earlier than in canon… A much peaceful and even more deceitful canon divergence of the Stone Wars emerges.
-----
In which Senku uses the fact that he kind of looks similar to Byakuya to his advantage.
