Work Text:
The problem began with a glossy magazine and the fact that Katsuki should absolutely not have cared this much.
He found it tucked in the back of the convenience store rack - the one he goes to every week for a re-stock the kitchen for the idiots' meals for the rest of the week. It reads: TOKYO AQUARIUM - A GRAND OPENING SPECIAL. His eyes were drawn to it like a magpies to a piece of silver. There were full-page spreads of curved glass tunnels when he opened it. Deep blue lights and a brand-new shark exhibit that was full of new sharks never before seen. And the moment his eyes landed on the photo of the sleep reef shark gliding over the pale sand of the tank, his brain did something infuriatingly predictable.
It immediately superimposed Kirishima's face right onto the page. Grinning. Eyes lighting up. That sharp, bright smile crinkling the corners of his eyes.
'Stupid', he thought.
But he bought the magazine anyway.
For three days it sat on his desk. He stared at it in secret, scowling at the photos of the ugly-ass fish and stupid-looking meathead sharks while his chest did stupid frantic flips. He'd somehow memorised the opening times, the prices, and the feeding schedule of the animals there. Not because he was planning anything, he told himself. Over and over. It's because it was information. And information was useful.
That was all.
It was the evening of the fourth day, after a hell of a long day of classes and hero training, when he overheard it. "-They've got Zebra sharks and Whitetips now! I've been dying to go, but everyone says it's so boring." Kirishima was leaning over Kaminari's shoulder, pointing at the phone screen, practically vibrating with excitement. He looked like an overexcited puppy. "Look at their fins! The patterns on them are so cool, man!"
Bakugou's heart was hammering so quickly he thought it was going to combust. Detonate right there on the floor of the Common Room in front of all of these idiots.
Before he could overthink it, before he could talk himself out of it, before he could run up the stairs and bury his face into his pillow and scream in it, he stepped further into the room and snapped a rough and ragged, "Then go."
Kirishima looked up. Surprised, then a smile graced his face. The one that made Bakugou's face go completely dry. "Oh hey, man! You into aquariums too?"
"Tch. No, particularly," Lie. I've been reading about deep-sea ecosystems since I was seven years old, and my dad bought me my first science magazine for my Birthday. "But the exhibitions are interesting, I fucking guess. And you're being realy fuckin' pathetic about it." He shoved his hands into the pockets of his overly baggy joggers and glowered at the floor. He was going to die. Fucking fucking hell. He had to force the words out fast, like ripping off a bandage. "I'll go with you. One o'clock. Don't be late, idiot."
Kirishima blinked. His face flushed that warm, dark red that Bakugou had been noticing far too often. He stared at him too much; it was seriously a problem. The first time he saw the redness on Eijirou's face was after he had pinned the idiot in training. "Wait - really? You'd come with me?"
"Did I fucking stutter, Shitty Hair?" His voice was too tight, too fast, heat crawling up his neck like wildfire. He cursed at the boy he was tryna ask on a date. Oh god. He called him 'Shitty Hair'. He wished the floor would just cave in on him. He read somewhere (in one of the science books) that there's less than a 0% chance of him spontaneously combusting; maybe he can make that statistic higher and be the first person on record. "Be there. Or don't. I don't care."
He turned on his heel and fled before Kirishima could see how hard he was blushing and sweating. He practically sprinted up the stairs two steps at a time, and once the door was firmly locked, he face-planted onto his bed and screamed into his pillow for ten solid minutes. At least he did it after asking Kirishima on a date.
What have I done?
The next morning was torture.
Pure, unadulterated torture.
He stood in front of his wardrobe for forty-five minutes and he had already changed his outfit seven times.
Every one he tried was either too bright, too plain, too formal, or too casual. He ended up in a fitted black tee, dark jeans, and a hoodie in case the weather decided to be a bitch to him. The hoodie was dark red - not because that was Kirishima's favourite colour. He checked his reflection so many times in the mirror before he left that he was surprised he didn't burn a hole through it.
His hair was being a bitch too. The spikes were unruly; they always tended to be in the morning after he had washed it the night before. But today of all days, he did not need this shit. He tried his best to tame it with warm water and hair gel, but it refused. Stubborn, like him.
So, he settled for glaring at it until it resembled his usual spikes and mostly stayed put.
His face looked too sharp - maybe it was the eyeliner he had put on. Fuck. Was that too much for a first date? The forum he read said to make the eyes pop to make them look more expressive and more vivid than usual so the person stares. But is this too much? He wonders.
What if Kirishima looked at him and realised he was boring? Or too loud? Or just...not worth the effort?-
He needs to stop overthinking-
He somehow arrived at the train station fifteen minutes early, and he paced back and forth so aggressively that the elderly couple and the two commuting workers looked at him with terror and horror. Like he was about to attack something. He checked his watch, his phone, the fucking station clock.
13:03.
13:04.
13:05
He's not coming.
He changed his mind.
Why would he waste his time on some angry little good-for-nothing brat like you-
And then-
"-Bakugou!"
His head snapped up so quickly it cracked.
Kirishima was jogging towards him, waving and smiling brightly. And it made Bakugou's brain completely, spectacularly short-circuit. His hair was down - not spiked up with the gel he usually lathers on each morning before classes, the one that makes his room stink.
Instead, it fell soft and wavy around his jaw, face-framing pieces catching the mid-day sun like spun amber.
He was wearing a loose navy blue button-down polo with the sleeves rolled to his elbows. Fuck. Dark jeans that fit just right, hugging everything perfectly; so perfect, so right that Katsuki felt his mouth water. He was like a drooling dog with a bone. A thin gold chain glinted against his collarbone, and he recognised it as the one Eijirou got from his Mama for Christmas last year.
He looked so unfairly beautiful that Bakugou forgot how to breathe properly.
"Sorry I'm late, Bakugou!" Kirishima panted, stopping right in front of him, breathless and radiant. He was so close...too close. "I was tryna find my crocs, but I couldn't find them anywhere, and then I found out that Sero had moved them. Fuck- have you been waiting long?"
Bakugou's throat felt like sandpaper when he swallowed. He shoved his hands deeper into his pockets to hide how much they were trembling. Why was he so nervous? He sees the idiot every day. Usually it's the five of them, their friends, but it's just the two of them. Right here. Right now. "No. Shut up. Let's go."
Kirishima's grin softened into something warmer, and he fell into step right beside Bakugou. Like he always does when he walks to class. "Okay, Okay. Lead the way then, Blasty."
The walk to the aquarium was quiet for the first five minutes. Awkward and tight.
Bakugou was hyper-aware of every inch of the space between them. How their arms slightly brushed when their steps synced. He was aware of Kirishima's faint scent of coconut and something sweet Bakugou couldn't distinguish. But it was drifting off Kirishima's skin in waves, filling Bakugou's senses and completely overwhelming them.
He wanted to say something. Anything. But his brain was stuck on a loop of he looks good, he looks so good, oh god, why did I even ask to do this? This is so fucking awkward. Oh, he looks really good
"Have you been here before?" Kirishima asked, nodding forward towards the building that was creeping into view. He was the one to break the silence.
"Uhh. Once with my dad. When I was like 8." I've memorised the whole guide online, so I know where to go, and I won't embarrass myself more than I already am. "Remember some of the shit they have here."
"Ohh, that's so cool," Kirishima's voice was excited already. Maybe this wouldn't go so badly? Bakugou could feel the tension dissipating from his shoulders. Just think of this as a normal hangout. But it's just the two of you, He said to himself. "It's so much bigger than I thought it would be. Looking at it online definitely does not compare to seeing it in person."
Bakugou bought their tickets as they stepped inside, despite Kirishima's protests. Bakugou could be a gentleman if he wanted to shut the fuck up. The air was cool in the aquarium - which thank fuck, because he could feel the sweat building up in his palms, and the worst thing that could happen would be for him to explode his date.
Soft blue light washed over everything in sight, and the low hum of the filtration and the distant bubbling of water wrapped around them. Encompassing them in the true beauty of the sea life around them. It was quiet. Dim.
No one yelling, no expectations.
Just the ugly ass fish, the water, the glass, and the red-headed idiot with shitty hair next to him.
Kirishima - the absolute dumbass - was already slightly pressed against the first display, pointing at the small school of silver fish darting in perfect unison. "Whoa! Look how they move, Bakugou! It looks like one really cool big shield!"
Bakugou blinked. The words tumbled out before he could stop them. "That's schooling behaviour. It reduces predation risk, which means it's harder for the fuckers to single out one fish. It also increases hydrodynamic efficiency because it saves energy during migration in the wild." He clamps his mouth shut, ears burning bright red. What was he doing? "...Or whatever. Just fuckin' stupid..."
He expected a laugh. A joke about him being a nerd. Like middle school when he would geek out over All Might or science or a book he had been reading.
That's what he was used to anyway.
Instead, when he glanced sideways, Kirishima had moved away from the tank and was staring at him with wide, glowing eyes and a grin so genuine it made his chest ache. "That's so cool! Keep going. What else do you know?"
Bakugou stammered - actually stammered for the first time in his life. "Uh...Uhm. Well, some species tighten into a bait ball when they feel threatened. And they can then co-ordinate direction almost instantly."
"That's so fucking Manly! How'd you even remember all that?"
"Read about it once." He shifted his weight, scuffing his old battered Converse against the floor. He felt stupidly pleased. If he was a bird, he would be preening eith his feathers. If he was a cat, he would be pushing his head up accepting praise eagerly.
But because he was Bakugou, a socially awkward, constipated human, he literally choked on nothing.
Kirishima leaned in further to him. Only slightly. But his brain set off an alarm that made his palms instantly start to tremble once more. Why was he so nervous around him? "That's- You're amazing. Seriously."
It hits him like one of All Might's Texas Smashes. Right to his face. It makes him feel dizzy, and the world is fuzzy and swaying. He looked away fast, at the fish, at the wall...anywhere but Kirishima. "Don't be ridiculous, idiot. They're just facts...any moron would know them."
"Hm...just facts," Kirishima agreed, but he sounded like he believed they were the most fascinating thing alive. "C'mon. Let's go to the next part."
They wandered through the exhibits for the next hour, and slowly - agonisingly so, wonderfully so - Bakugou finally began to relax.
Kirishima was easy. Easier than anyone had ever been with him. He didn't interrupt him. Didn't mock him. Asked good questions - really good ones. And when Bakugou rambled on and on for an embarrassingly long time about bioluminescence, coral symbiosis, and the structural differences between a shark's teeth and a large fish's teeth. He listened as if it all mattered.
Bakugou, who had spent so long keeping this part of himself locked away, found himself talking freely, his voice losing its bite and its edge. His shoulders dropping inch by inch the closer Kirishima moved to him. They were shoulder to shoulder.
He noticed everything about Kirishima too. Even as he rambled on and on. it was impossible not to.
The way his face lit up - eyes crinkling wide and unguarded as if nothing else mattered in the world - when he saw something he loved or found cool.
He noticed how Kirishima always stepped slightly to Bakugou's left; subtly putting himself between Bakugou and the crowds, knowing his affinity for being jostled by crowds and being touched unexpectedly.
He noticed the sound of his laugh. Warm. Deep. Husky. Unfiltered. How it bounced softly off the glass tanks.
He noticed how he made Bakugou feel too much...but also just enough.
When they finally reached the Sunfish tank - the one that had started this whole stupid thing - the water stretched two storeys, deep and calming and so blue. Shockingly. Two enormous Mola Mola drifted past them slowly, flat and gentle as their fins waved lazily about.
Kirishima stopped dead - like Bakugou knew he would; the idiot is drawn to everything here. "Whoa. These are huge! And weirdly cute? They look like floating pancakes."
Bakugou huffed a voluntary laugh. It was quiet, but Kirishima heard it because Bakugou saw him glance over. Kirishima smiled, not his public grin, not even the one he had been flashing all day - the one that blinded Bakugou - no, no, this one was softer, quieter.
Just for him.
"They're the largest bony fish in the world," Bakugou said as he filled in the brief silence. He made the move and stood shoulder to shoulder with Kirishima. "These fuckers have no tail fin. They grow as long as three meters... long-ass shits. They mostly eat jellyfish, and their skin is like that-" He points at one that swims past idly. "Rough and tough, like sandpaper, to protect the fish from parasites."
Kirishima nodded slowly, like he was attempting to absorb everything. He watched them glide. "They all look so peaceful. Like nothing has ever bothered them at all." He turned his head then and caught Bakugou watching him.
In the deep blue light, his eyes looked vivid, slightly golden around the edges, flecked with amber. His expression looked so tender, so soft it made Bakugou's breath catch. "Beautiful," Kirishima murmured.
And he was looking right at Bakugou when he said it.
Fuck.
That was good, right?
Bakugou looked away fast, his face burning once more, his chest tightening with something huge and unnamable. "Yeah, whatever, idiot."
Kirishima chuckled, low and warm. He didn't call him out, thank fuck, on his flustered deflection. "Let's go and see the shark exhibit next. It's my favourite part."
Whatever you want. Bakugou thinks to himself.
The Shark exhibit was dimmer still. However, there were curved glass tunnels arching overhead where the water seemed to curve above him. The shadows glided, majestic and silent across the ceiling. They were not joking about the refurbishments.
And here, Kirishima absolutely lit up.
He pressed both hands against the glass, his head tilted back. His eyes wide and sparkling. Kirishima was grinning so hard his dimples were showing on both sides. "Oh, my god. Look at them! That's a Zebra Shark. Look at its spots, how sick! And that one's a Whitetip Reef shark. The fins! Bakugou the fins! Look!"
Bakugou stepped up against him, heart hammering in his ribs. Thump. thump. Thump. "Reef sharks are known for being social because they hang out in groups during the day. But they hunt at night. They're generally not dangerous unless provoked by something."
Kirishima turned away from the sharks to turn to face him. His face glowed the same colour as the deep blue of the room. He was so unfairly beautiful it hurt. "How'd you even know all of this? Are you some secret marine biologist or something?"
Bakugou shrugged, suddenly shy. he stared at one of the Whitetip sharks that passed instead of at him. "I like 'em too, idiot. They're efficient. And they've been perfected over a million years through evolution. Nothin's wasted on them."
"Kinda like you, huh?" When Bakugou blinked, shocked and startled, Kirishima sighed and turned back to the sharks as he explained gently. "Well. The sharks are strong. Focused. Built for exactly what they have to do and to protect themselves." He looked at the glass, softer now. "I've always loved sharks, y'know? People always think they're scary or mean...but they're only doin' what they need to do to survive. They're not evil. They're just...sharks."
Bakugou's throat tightened; he thought about what people said about him, either to his face directly or behind his back or even online. He was too sharp, too aggressive. Bakugou was always seen as too much. A villain. A worthless brat. But Kirishima...' just doing what they need to do to survive.' "Yeah," He said quietly, "I get that."
Kirishima looked at him; his gaze was gentle and knowing, like he understood or saw the thing Bakugou didn't want to admit he was. Something he had never said out loud to anyone ever. But this idiot with dumbass firetruck hair just understood instantly without him even saying anything. "I know you do." Is all he said.
They stood there for what felt like hours, but could only have been no longer than ten minutes. They were shoulder to shoulder once more, watching the sharks glide through the dark water both above and to the sides of them. Kirishima pointed at the species by memory, even some of them Bakugou didn't know.
"Look, there's a blacktip! You can tell by the stripes on its tail! So cool!" And Bakugou told him in return about Ampullae of Lorenzini, about their sense of smell, about how they keep the whole ecosystem balanced.
it was just easy.
Natural.
|Like they had been doing this forever.
At one point, Kirishima leaned forward to get a better look at a Nurse Shark resting on the sandy bottom of the tank. His shoulder was pressed directly into Bakugou's shoulder - warm, solid, and steady - and Bakugou forgot how to speak.
He could feel the heat of him through his thin shirt, the faint blush on their arms, their hands hanging just mere inches apart from each other. Knuckles brushed every time Kirishima shifted closer to the tank. He wanted to reach out. He wanted so badly to curl his fingers around Kirishima's hand.
He wanted it so badly his chest ached.
But he didn't because he was a coward and too fucking scared to mess all of this up. Because everything was going well, too well, right now. He would mess it up if he tried anything right now.
Then, Kirishima turned his head. They were so close at this point that their faces were only inches apart. Bakugou could see those golden flecks in his eyes once again. He could see the faint flush on Kirishima's cheek. The fact that his lashes are way darker than his hair (when it's not dyed, because Bakugou has seen that)
And Kirishima smiled once more, soft and warm, like Bakugou was the best thing he had ever seen. Even better than these stupid sharks.
And then-
Then it happened-
Bakugou looked at him. Really, really looked. And before he could even try and stop it, or himself. Before he could scowl or look away or overthink it into obliteration, He smiled.
Not a smirk. Not his sharp battle grin.
A real one.
completely genuine
Just for him.
Kirishima's breath caught, his eyes widened, and his expression went so tender that Bakugou thought he might melt right there on the spot. "Bakugou." He whispered, like it was something precious. Usually his name was shouted with such fury, such annoyance or with a mocking edge.
He had never heard it spoken like this.
Bakugou's ears burned, and his smile faltered. He could physically feel it along with his walls, flying back up. He suddenly felt self-conscious. "What?" he couldn't help the edge his voice had.
"Nothing...Well, nothing bad. Just-" Kirishima was still looking at him as his voice broke off. That wonderful smile was still perfectly in place. He wondered distantly why he couldn't smile as prettily as that. "You really should smile like that more often. It's really cute."
Bakugou went bright red. "Shut up! I wasn't fuckin-"
"You were so." Kirishima laughed. "And it's so, so cute, Bakugou."
They found a quiet bench near the exit of that part of the exhibition, beside the tank of gently pulsing jellyfish. They shared strawberry daifuku Bakugou had bought them at the gift shop earlier on their way here, along with a small plush Shark teddy. It was red, so he had to. Kirishima tried to pay, but Bakugou threatened to blast him if he so much as put a penny towards them.
The aquarium was quietening down now, visitors thinning out as the light outside faded to a soft orange.
Bakugou was still buzzing. Still reeling. He had spent the whole day waiting for the other shoe to drop; for Kirishima to realise he was too intense, too weird, too much. But it never happened. Not one time.
Kirishima had laughed at his jokes, his little smarty-ass quips. Listened to his facts like each one of them was special. He looked at him in that Shark exhibit like he was something wonderful, not what others said he was.
"Today was so, so awesome, Bakugou," Kirishima admitted softly, twisting the pink wrapper between his fingers. "Thank you. For...demanding I come with you. It's the best day out I've had in a long time."
Bakugou picked a loose thread on his jeans, heart hammering. still. "Yeah. Me too. I guess." he glanced up, meeting Kirishima's eyes. Don't chicken out now, Shithead. Be fucking honest, he told himself. "I did. Really." He put some emphasis on it to show Kirishima how much it meant.
Kirishima was watching him once more, steady and gentle. "I've wanted to do something like this for months, y'know. Ask you out. But i never thought you...saw me in...that way." it was the first time all day Kirishima seemed the slightest bit awkward.
But wait.
What?
What did he just say-
Bakugou felt his head snap up. His mouth went dry.
What. The. Fuck.
"You - What?" Bakugou croaked.
Kirishima laughed nervously, rubbing the back of his neck, his cheeks blushing an even darker shade of red than before. "Yeah. I-I like you, Bakugou. A lot. As in...more than a friend. So i was surprised when you asked me yesterday to go out. I thought I was dreamin'. Kaminari had to zap me to get my attention because I was so shocked-"
Bakugou just stared as the idiot continued to ramble. For a second - a microsecond - he could think, or breathe, or do anything but stare at the boy in front of him. He was saying the very thing Bakugou was afraid to even hope for. He was speaking the words, and he was missing them. "You're serious?"
Kirishima paused whatever he had been saying and smiled; he leaned in a little closer. "Dead serious. You're so brilliant and passionate. And you care so much, even when you pretend you couldn't care less. You're the strongest person I know. Not just with your quirk... well, that too, of course, but I mean-" he touches his own chest. Over his heart. "-Here. I see you, Bakugou. All of you. And I like every part."
Tears pricked at Bakugou's eyes unexpectedly. Stupid, embarrassing tears. But he blinked them away, not wanting to cry on his very first date. He blinked them away furiously, staring intensely at his lap, his hands trembling as he fiddled with his fingers.
He had spent so long thinking that no one would ever want the parts of him that he kept hidden. The quiet nerd, the boy who liked to learn facts and share them whenever he could. The boy who blushed and smiled crookedly only when he was completely content.
But here Kirishima was. Seeing all of it.
And staying.
"I didn't think you'd..." His voice cracked. He cleared his throat and tried again. Quieter. "I'm loud and mean, and people say I'm too fuckin' much. I didn't ever think-"
"I think you're perfect." Kirishima cut in simply. Reaching out slowly, giving Bakugou every chance to pull away. But when he didn't, Kirishima covered Bakugou's hand with his own. Bakugou's hand was so small in Kirishima's. "All of it. The loud parts. The angry parts. Everything you wanna hide. I want all of it."
He sounds hungry for it.
Kirishima's hand felt warm and calloused, but steady against Bakugou's own shaking one. "I like you too," He whispered back. Terrified and relieved and giddy all at once. This was it. This is what he had wanted. "So much, it's fuckin' pathetic."
Kirishima's smile outshone the glow of a jellyfish. "It's not stupid. I told you, it's cute." He shifted closer, their knees touching now. His gaze dropped to Bakugou's mouth for a split second, a heartbeat, before returning to his eyes. "Can I kiss you?"
Bakugou's breath caught. He nodded fast. Almost frantic. Fucking hell. "Fuck yes." He could not keep the eagerness out of his voice no matter how much he told himself to repress it. To act cool. Or at least attempt to.
Kirishima leaned in slowly and carefully, and his lips eventually met Bakugou's. It was gentle at first. Barely a touch and strawberry-flavoured. It was everything Bakugou dreamed of and daydreamed over in class but never dared to allow himself to hope.
Bakugou melted instantly, eyes fluttering shut. Every bit of tension left his body. Kirishima's hand came to caress his jaw, thumb then brushing over his cheek. Bakugou's hands, to keep busy, fisted the front of Kirishima's shirt, pulling him closer. Like he was scared he might vanish if he even let him go to breathe.
It wasn't perfect.
It was clumsy, a little shaky.
Two Boys' first kiss.
But it was them.
Kirishima's warmth surrounding him, the quiet water sounds that could still be distantly heard even from near the exit of the exhibition. The blue light wrapped around them like it was keeping everything private; like it was working to preserve the moment just as they preserve the wildlife here.
Bakugou sighed into the kiss, moving his head slightly to the right to deepen it, leaning into Kirishima's touch on his cheek. He wanted more. But he also needed to breathe. Unfortunately. When they pulled back just an inch, their foreheads were pressed to each other, resting there. They were breathing hard.
He felt lighter than he ever had in his entire life.
Bakugou finally willed his eyes to open, to not only make sure this was not some really elaborate dream and he was about to wake up alone and really, really embarrassed for the rest of the day, but to also look at him if it was true and say the words he had been scared to say all day.
"You can...you can call me Katsuki. If you want, or whatever."
Kirishima's eyes lit up brighter than Bakugou had ever seen. And Katsuki had seen him get front-row tickets to see the Crimson Riot movie (he knew because he was dragged along to it a few months earlier). "Katsuki," he said softly. Like he was simply testing it out. It sounded so right falling from his lips. Like he had been given his name just for Eijirou to speak it. "I like that. A lot." He smiled, shy but happy. "And- oh, you can call me Eijirou, of course, only if you want, though. No pressure." Idiot.
Katsuki smiled - the same soft, unguarded one Kirishis- no, Eijirou seemed to love seeing on him. He reached up to brush a stray strand of red hair away from Eijirou's face to tuck behind his ear. "Yeah i want to...Eijirou."
Eijirou beamed, bright and happy, and kissed him again, this time only on his nose. Before he pulled back and looked at him directly in the eye. "Hey, Katsuki."
"Mhm?"
"Next time we come back, you have to finish telling me all of your facts because I know you know so much more. I won't get bored, swear."
Katsuki laughed - a real, bright, and happy sound - that he realises with a jolt, only ever comes out around Eijirou. He leaned his head on Eijirou's shoulder, feeling safer than he ever has before. He feels like they're in a little bubble and nothing can hurt him here. Not with Eijirou here. "Idiot. You'd get bored in five damn minutes."
"Never," Eijirou promised, wrapping his arm around Eijirou and pulling his close. Katsuki could feel him pressing a kiss to the top of his head. "I could listen to you talk for hours about anything. Especially Sharks." Katsuki hears him then mutter to himself, 'So manly'
Katsuki smiled into Eijirou's shirt. Completely and utterly in love. "Shut up, Eijirou."
"Only if you make me."
And Katsuki did.
He pulled him into another kiss, right there by the jellyfish tank, surrounded by the soft blue lights and quiet bubbling water. And, for the first time in his whole life, he didn't feel like he had to be anything other than exactly who he was.
Because someone - someone like him, like Eijirou - was finally looking at him, really fucking looking at that.
Learning those Shark facts really came in fucking useful, he thinks distantly as he feels another strawberry-flavoured kiss being pressed to his head.
