Summary
“Yellow, dear, stop.” Blue reached out reflexively, his hand alighting atop Yellow’s and pausing him midway through the act of untying the second bandanna. “What was that?”
Yellow froze. “Whad’y’a mean?” He drew out his vowels as though they were sugar beets he intended to refine into molasses. His hand, the one facing down on top of the other, stilled beneath Blue’s, his fingers tangled in the knot.
Blue fixed him with an urgent look and brought his fingertips creeping over to the lip of Yellow’s downturned hand. “Can I please take a look?”
