Summary
Deep in the lake, Noelle ends up letting Kris go, leaving herself to drown alone and allowing Kris to get saved. Yet, as Noelle mysteriously reappears the next morning, while the corpse of her lost sister is found at the shore of the lake, reality begins slowly unraveling around Kris and Noelle, as it becomes apparent that whatever was left of Noelle after the incident is still as determined to break the two of them out of this world.
