Summary
Frank's lip curled, revealing the slightest hint of his own sharpened teeth. His body tensed, shoulders rising as his anger stirred restlessly. Every instinct in him screamed that Gerard was too close, that he was deliberately provoking him, that he needed to make him back the fuck down.
Gerard’s gaze flickered briefly toward Frank's mouth before returning to his eyes. “There it is,” he murmured. “Was wondering when you'd finally show your teeth.”
“Keep looking at them,” Frank growled, “and you'll find out what they do.”
“You're all bark.”
Frank gave a humourless laugh. “You think?”
Gerard's smile widened. “I know.”
