    "Dizziness. Shortness of breath." Jayce pauses, pushing past the static in his brain to assesses the general state of his body. "Feverish." He hesitates briefly, but there's no use trying to hide it. "Arousal."

    Viktor, who had been nodding along, fingers drumming against his cane as he considered each new symptom, goes still. Blinks. "Arousal?"
