“Higher, Andy! Use those heels!” More snapping in her general direction. Andrea nodded, a soldier receiving an incredibly important order, and rose onto her tippy toes to comply.
Her phone buzzed in her pocket again, nocking the smile clean off her face. Nate. No doubt incensed at her delay. Then again. And again. Eyeing the now occupied photographer wearily, she lowered the reflector just a smidge, enough so she could grab her phone with one hand, seeing the incoming call.
On instinct she answered immediately.
