Yuu hums quietly as she sows seemingly completely ingulfed in her task. A smile gracing her face as she worked on fixing up Ace’s uniform. After yuu had worked at nrc for a few week she had made enough money to buy some none necessities from Sam’s shop.
So one day overtaken by boredom and nostalgia from their home she bought some needles thread and material. Yuu remembers when she had got it Ace and Deuce had been utterly confused as to what had possessed her to get it and had teased her endlessly for it.
“just you wait it will be useful eventually” Yuu had said to them in response every time. And so came the day it had finally happened Ace and Deuce had come to ramshackle and they asked Yuu to stitch up Deuce’s uniform as it got ripped when him and Ace had got into a fight over something stupid. And ever since that day she had done uniform repairs for her Ace and Deuce but after the 3rd time she had started charging them depending on how bad it the damage was but Yuu never really minded she loved to sow and it was good practice for her.
Which brings us to the present. Yuu in ramshackle humming “Butchers vanity” while stitching occasionally singing the lyrics. She was so engrossed into her work that she didn’t even notice the sound of Ramshackle’s front door opening nor the loud imposing foot steps heading her way. Yuu only noticed someone was there when the person in question cleared his throat really loudly.
Yuu jumped at the sudden sound. Laughed slightly in in shock “oh gods… hehe-… you scared me a bit there Sebek”. She smiled at him in confusion before asking “whatcha doing here if I may ask”. Sebek all of a sudden felt nervous what was this odd feeling he thought before brushing it off as irritation at the fact she hadn’t seen him before answering in a loud voice.
“I.. uhm I HEARD FROM TRAPOLA AND SPACE THAT YOU DO UNIFORM REPAIRS AND I WAS HOPING THE YOU WOULD- REPAIR MY DORM UNIFORM” as sebek finished he looked away blushing slightly at his own request. Yuu took a moment to process what he had said before smiling widely at him and answering him. “of course I would love to”
sebek then muttered in a quieter voice. “I would do it myself if I knew how to that way I wouldn’t have to rely on some silly human.” Despite his quieter tone Yuu had heard. And said in an excited voice.
“ gasp (she gasps she doesn’t say gasp) if you want I can teach you” though to sebek it seemed more like a statement then a question and so he uncharacteristically sat down next to her. Seeing this yuu pulled out a extra needle and thread handing it to sebek so she can start teaching him.
In an animated tone Yuu starts telling him how to sow. “ok so first you need to thread the thread through the needle’s hole then you need to-”.
As yuu showed him how to sow he started to feel himself loosing track of time. A feeling a pure bless settling of the two of them when yuu started to ramble on about something from her world and sebek had been totally entranced by her words.
Before Sebek knew it it was past curfew as he checked the time. Crap he thought as he abruptly stood up. If waka-sama or Lilia-sama found out he was going to be in big trouble. When he stood Yuu had given him a confused look Sebek had only yelled “broke curfew” as he ran out of the ramshackle door and towards the hall of mirrors.
When sebek finally got inside diasomnia dorm panting and out of breath he saw Lilia standing in front of him Lilia frowned and said “my Sebek out past curfew how unlike you will need to talk about this tomorrow.”
Sebek just nodded and said “YESS LILIA-SAMA” as he ran to his room. Once he was in there he practically collapsed on to the bed. He had oh so many questions and confusion swirling in his head.
What was all of that? What had possessed him to stay that long? Why did he stay at all? Why was yuu so ahh-? Sebek blushed as he groaned into his pillow. What had Yuu done to him. when Sebek fell asleep that night his dreams were full of Yuu.
Back at ramshackle Yuu smiled contently to her self a faint blush on her face as she thought of the time she had spent with sebek today. The memory of him listening to her so intently, the way he had smiled when he did a successful stitch or section, the way his stuck his tung out when concentrating oh it all had her all absolute besotted for him and his pretty face. Yuu fell asleep that night smiling and thinking about sebek.
The next day. In class yuu had walked over to Sebek to come over to ramshackle to sow and hang out much to the shock of Epel, Ace and Deuce and even more shocking sebek had said yes so here he was on his way to ramshackle after school.
Sebek didn’t even know why he had said yes he just did. When he arrived at ramshackle he knocked on the door. not even a second later Yuu opened the door with a smile. “Sebek!! Heyyy come on in” when sebek stepped inside Yuu shut the door behind him and did an happy little sprint type thing down the hall way some how dodging the cracks in the floor as she did so.
Yuu hummed “bang bang bang” happily and turned to sebek and in the tone of the song asked sebek if he was coming in a sing song tone. Despite himself sebek smiled. As sebek walks down the hall way to where Yuu was waiting in the lounge room he though may Whatever this feeling was was a good thing.
