    Lando has been with omegas in heat before, and he has also been with omegas who are in pain. The instinctive reaction in both cases has always been an intense urge to comfort, be it with his knot or a few soft touches and reassuring words, and that urge increases tenfold with Oscar being like this, half way between heat and pain.

    But he bites it down with clenched fists and teeth to the inside of his cheeks, because Oscar has made himself clear, hasn’t he.
