   Summary

So, that was why the Agony Crystal was going off.

   Juniper was dying.

Osteon had a very bad feeling as to how she'd gotten there.

   or...
osteon finds juniper in the lake and makes an incorrect assumption while saving her. they proceed to talk it out (among other things) after she wakes up. (Title from Hold On by Chord Overstreet)
