Chapter Text
It was dark, almost pure black like a cat's eye outside. However it made sense, since it's 2 AM in the morning for Akiko. Akiko was a middle schooler, the only thing that was different was that he was a vampire. He needed to hide from a lot of people after seeing his parents being burned alive when he was younger. Akiko is writing a paragraph for his science homework, when he felt his throat was dry. He gets up and grabs a old baseball bat he had in his closet and walks outside of his room and entered the hallway. He couldn't really see anything in the hallway since he didn't turn on any lights there. When he finally gets to the kitchen and lets out a sigh of relief.
He walks over and grabs a glass cup so he can get water. He starts to fill his cup up with water, when it gets close to the edge, he takes a sip and starts chugging the water. However, he hears a noise, that's when he stops and turns his head, he doesn't see anything. He knows it came from the living room which is next to the kitchen. Then, he hears another sound, like something bumping into the corner of a table, but near him more. He grips his bat tightly, not wanting anything or anyone to take it from him.
He looks around, hoping there is nothing and it's just a figment of his imagination, but he hears something fall behind him. Someone or something is behind him, however he's ready to take it on. He turns his body, so he can see what is this figure knocking and bumping into his stuff only for him to freeze up. His muscles tense up quickly, he looks up to see probably a 6 feet tall, robotic person in front of him. They have triangles about 6 big ones, and 4 smaller ones on their head like a sun. However, the robotic figure has a color palette of black and orange, Akiko then remembers they look like that animatronic they seen online.
The animatronic looks down and says "Who are you?" they have a deep and slightly raspy voice, Akiko backs away slightly, just moving his foot a little bit. The animatronic sees this very slight change and grabs Akiko by that ankle and makes him get dangled by one ankle while upside down. Akiko starts trying to get out of their grip since their claws are very sharp. "Let me go! This is my house! How did you get in?!" Akiko yells these 3 sentences, but the figure tightens their grip more and ask again "No, tell me your name, now." Akiko winces, this animatronic's claws are very sharp and are poking his ankle.
Akiko doesn't answer their question and keeps trying to get out, then he realizes the figure might not be thinking that he's thinking of using his baseball bat, so when the figure ask again, he'll be ready. The animatronic gets pissed and says "Are you going to answer the damn question or are you dea-" when the animatronic is about to finish their sentence, Akiko swings his bat, without knowing it would hit the figure's face. The figure lets go of Akiko's ankle and holds their face in pain, that gives Akiko time to swing again and hit their legs.
That makes the figure grunt loudly and trip, landing on their butt "Argh!" they look to then see Akiko jump on them and knock them out. Akiko sighs, finally this figure is unconscious, it takes him a while to drag them from the kitchen floor to the living room, but it takes longer to put them on the couch. Since, this is a big body of metal after all, soon Akiko got them on the couch. However when he tries to get up, he feels a wave of pain in his leg which causes him to kneel down, he looks down to see there are large claw marks on his leg, that might have been from being held in that animatronic's tight grip, Akiko winces, he can't get up, while he keeps trying to push through the pain, he doesn't notice the figure getting up again. The figure notices Akiko's wounded ankle and scoops him up like nothing "H-hey! Let go!" Akiko yells again, hoping they'll listen this time, but nope.
The figure stands there, Akiko's in their arms, then they drop him on the same couch, he pushed them onto. "Oof!" Akiko grunts, then the animatronic says "Do you have a medkit here? Or are you going to bleed out?" Akiko doesn't say anything and just points to the bathroom. The figure sighs and walks to the bathroom, Akiko takes in all the stuff that had just happened. 'Why did they just drop me here? Why didn't they fight me again?' Soon they come back but tells Akiko "This is no medkit, it just has bandages." they sound pissed off while showing a box of bandages that is half empty. The figure takes in a deep breath and walks over and kneels down so they can get a better view of the wound then they ask "Can I roll up your pants? I need to see better." Akiko thinks about it and nods. The figure opens the box of bandages and takes out one of those big ones that has the shape close to a skateboard, anyways they take it out and takes the bandage out of the paper like layer and slowly places it on Akiko's ankle, that cause him to wince again.
