    Lloyd turned around just in time to see Zeatrix throw that retched blade from his visions at him.

    When it hit him, pain exploded in his left eye.

    He could feel himself hitting the ground.

    Someone is screaming, he thought.

    Oh. It was him. He was screaming.

     

    Instead of being hit by Zeatrix in the shoulder like in the show, the blade strikes him in the eye.
