Summary
What should be an easy medical clearance examination quickly becomes more complicated when Dottore discovers that you are terrified of dentists.
Determined to prove that there is nothing to fear, Dottore takes his time with your examination, talks you through every procedure, and rewards your trust with a tenderness you would never have expected from the infamous Il Dottore.
But once the examination is over, neither of you seems particularly eager for the appointment to end.
What begins as an ordinary medical examination soon becomes something far more intimate and neither of you will walk away from the encounter quite the same.
