   Summary

centuries ago, god cast one angel out of heaven for a sin no one was ever meant to forgive. columbina should have become a demon. instead, she was left to wander the earth caught between divinity and monstrosity, until in time, she became the origin of an entire vampire bloodline.

once, she had wings made of light. now she has a hunger where her grace used to be, the only angel heaven ever failed to unmake.

princess sandrone has spent her whole life wondering about monsters through the safety of a page, never once believing the ink could bleed. then she meets columbina, and learns that some fairy tales were only ever waiting for the right girl to read them first.
