After Mary is gone and John opened his heart to Sherlock he finds it disturbingly hard to stop. Now that the only one left to keep him from finally saying the things he should have said long ago is himself, he, with all his courage, climbs the stairs to 221B and deduces something, that Sherlock Holmes should have deduced a long time ago.
