Dark Gary hobbled into the dark walgreens, enfeebled, shivering, a blanket wrapped around his dark body.
Dark Gary was here at this store to get the cure to his ailments, dark dayquil.
With nothing much else to say, Dark Gary began his search. There wasn't many people in the store, just him, the clerk, and someone rustling around in the back.
Dark Gary looked around each isle, looking for his prize, but all he found was aointments and salves.
Grumbling, Dark Gary moved to the last isle. Rounding the corner, he found a woman with bright purple hair digging through the pills section. Sometimes pausing to examine a box, and then tossing it onto the floor, grumbling to herself the whole time.
"I-Im Dark Gary." Dark Gary wheezed.
...
"I'm Clef?" The woman muttered, confused.
"Hey bro, is there any dayquil back there?" Dark Gary asked.
"No this is the pills section, you gotta look in the liquid section," Clef responded, still digging though the pills.
"I don't think they organize them like that, and anyway dayqil can come as a pi- AH."
"AHHCHOO!!" Dark Gary sneezed.
"Bro that's gross." Clef sneered.
"What are you even looking for anyway." Dark Gary said.
"Benadryl."
"The pink pill?"
The pile of pill box's around Clef's feet was starting to get rather large.
"Yeah." Clef responded.
Clef had forgotten that they made that particular pill pink for some reason. Now grabbing the obviously pink box in front of her, which very obviously had the word 'Benadryl' in big bold text on it.
"Great." Clef said more to herself than to Dark Gary.
Dark Gary sneezed, then blew his nose into a tissue. Clef turned to walk away.
...
Clef looked at the pile of boxes beneath her feet, the pile she had created. It was quiet enough in the store that she could hear Dark Gary "trying" to breath.
Clef got down onto her knees, sifting through the piles on the floor.
"What are you doing?" Dark Gary asked.
Clef handed Dark Gary a box of Dayquil.
"Here." Clef stood up and walked away.
"Thanks Bro?"
