    Summary

    The city, where the civilized class live, and the slum, where the descendants of criminals, "tribespeople", gather, are the two sides of society separated by high walls, and below a dumpsite for trash and where criminals are exiled, is feared even by the people of the slum. Orphaned boy Rudo lives in the slum with his foster parent Regto- Wait, wait, wait, who's Rudo?

    Daughter of a merchant and a viander, Maurine lived traveling along her parents trough the cities in the Ground earning a living, until they finaly set in a city with a dome allowing them to stop roaming and settle down their business in a small shop. During her stay in the town, Maurine helped her mother with making the pastries and helped her father selling them throughout the day, but, after the dusk, that's when her life truly started, and so does this story.

    This story occurs before the canonicals events both the anime and the manga, so there will be no Rudo, and similar, until later chapters and a couple of things will have to come from my imagination, since the manga, as far as it's been released (Sep 2026), haven't shared that much information about the events that took place before Rudo's land in the Ground, so I'll be putting the work.
