Sylvia's role as head doctor of Draag included carrying out post-mortems of her patients when they died, which happened to be a frequent occurrence for her. The most recent death of his Most Exalted Vocalist has called for her services again, this time with required observation by the Dictator's right hand woman. It just so happened that she did not share the same penchant for blood that Sylvia did.
Sylvia takes advantage of that; whether she gets away with it is a separate matter entirely.
