Summary
Thea Addo has been eleven for five hundred years.
She knows how to survive among monsters. She still wants someone to notice when she leaves the room.
Eric Northman has been her brother for centuries, but the girl who arrives in Louisiana barely speaks. He remembers someone who could argue with him for an entire night. He would give considerably more than he admits to hear her do it again.
