   Summary

   Sherlock Holmes thought that everything was fine. He thought that since John had screamed and been angry at him, things are now finally fine and calm.
   But John Watson is still hurting inside, the "death" of his best friend taunting him like a shadow. And during an argument, the ugly truth is revealed.
   And Sherlock realises, that everything is not as fine as he thought.
