   Summary

   Nearly five years after their divorce, Ryland Grace and Simon Acer have gotten pretty good at being strangers.

   Until their former professor and mentor dies. With a last-minute flight across the country being well outside a middleschool teacher’s budget, Ryland is left with only one option: ask his ex husband for a ride.
