Summary
Shane Hollander has rules about dating coworkers.
Ilya Rozanov has never been particularly good at following rules.
It's easy enough to keep their relationship secret after school, but the problem is pretending there's nothing between them when they're standing on opposite sides of the staffroom, when Ilya slips into Shane's classroom and pretends not to look, or when they have to sit through a meeting without looking at each other.
At school, Shane is Ueno sensei and Ilya is the new ALT.
After hours, they're something else entirely.
** A fic about belonging, falling in love and family, set against the backdrop of semi rural Japan 🌸❤️
