Summary
A rare quiet afternoon at Downing Street leaves Prime Minister Julia Montague with no crises and far too much free time. She then decides the best use of that free time is interrupting her husband, David Budd at his desk within Downing Street.
What starts as a deliberate distraction turns into a thorough, unhurried claiming, and soon both of their work is forgotten as Julia intends to make the rest of the day anything but light.
