   Summary

   Dr. William Coyote has helped make a serum that can heal his partner's Giant Cell Myocarditis. Well, it was supposed to just do that. The serum actually either gives people superpowers or kills them. After deciding to give the serum to Reese Bep-Becker, he injects himself with it as well. Reese gets super speed, and Dr. Coyote gets shapeshifting powers that he cannot control.

   ACME wants to keep the superpowered individuals, but Dr. Coyote helps them escape. He is forced to stay back and watch his partner leave. ACME decides the best way to punish him is to force him to capture Road Runner, the city's newest speedster.
