Summary
Harvey listens to Syl Johnson, O.V. Wright and Irma Thomas. Mike listens to bands he’s never heard of and that anyone else could name in their sleep. But occasionally she’ll curl up on her sofa wearing the shirt she stole out of his desk and listen to Suzanne Vega croon through her headphones about Dean and Bogart and the streets of New York.
Sometimes, when she’s a glutton for punishment, she puts on Now, Voyager and dreams of Grand Central Station wreathed in black and white, Harvey stood on the platform saying “Don’t ask for the moon, kid, I already gave you the stars.”
Occasionally, she goes truly nuts and dreams of Harvey down on one knee, instead.
