Work Text:
Local Toronto native, Scott pilgrim, was sitting at his favorite place too be, home. Curled up in blankets, not a care in the world. Truly, this is how life is meant to be lived.
Suddenly a man dressed in a bee costume burst through Scott's window, littering the floor with glass shards.
"DOCTOR BEES!" The man (presumably Doctor Bees) cried.
"HEY WHAT THE FUCK?" Scott shouted, jumping up from his blanket cocoon.
"Hmm what a cozy interior." The doctor surmised to himself, rubbing his chin.
"You know what it could use?" The man asked Scott.
"A fucking intact window?" Scott crossed his arms, confused.
"A SWARM OF BEES!!!"
In from the window flew the aforementioned swarm of insects, blanketing the room with a bee filled haze.
"Noooooooooooooo!" Scott cried, running up to his coffee table.
"My jelly filled donut!"
Sure enough, on the table was a sweet pastry, now covered in bees, to the point where it looked more like a lump of the creatures than any sort of food.
"Why?" Scott asked, turning to the Doctor puppy faced, tears streaming down his face.
"BECAUSE I'M DOCTOR BEES!"
"Ohhh that makes sense." Scott nodded, biting his thumb.
Scott pulled out his phone, dialing a number, because that's what you do with phones.
"KIMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM."
In a few minutes, Kim had arrived at the apartment.
"Could you not have called literally anyone else?" She grumbled.
"Well Ramona is working today, and aren't lesbians like super effective against bees or something?"
Kim's eyes narrowed.
"Scott I'm not a lesbian."
Scott put a hand on Kim's shoulder.
"Girl."
"DOCTOR BEEEESS!" The titular Doctor shouted, throwing another handful of Bees into the room.
"Look we can talk about, this, later." Kim pushed motioning to the Doctor.
"Ok but how are we going to beat him?" Scott asked, "He has the power of god and the entirety of the Bee race on his side."
Kim set her backpack down, unzipping it to reveal a smoker inside.
"Wow you just own one of those?" Scott grabbed the can.
"No, I'm borrowing it, you said there would be Bees, so I figured this would help."
Doctor Bees, who had been watching this whole conversation, said, "A SMOKER!?!?! BUT THEN I'LL GET LUNG CANCER!"
With a spray of smoke, Doctor Bees and the entire bee population of Torotno flead.
Kim looked at Scott.
"Well that was anticlimactic"
