Summary
Time travel was never particularly kind to Harry Potter.
This time, it drops him into the Forbidden Forest beneath a familiar moon, wearing the enormous dire-wolf Animagus form he created long after everyone he loved was already gone.
Then he catches two scents he would know anywhere.
Padfoot.
Prongs.
They're seventeen, alive, untouched by everything Harry remembers happening to them—and foolish enough to challenge the enormous predator that has just wandered into their clearing.
Harry has spent far too many years losing everything that belonged to him.
Tonight, instinct decides he's keeping them.
