    Ryland Grace has three simple rules for surviving graduate school: keep his fox ears and tail under control, don't break any more lab equipment, and never let his friends touch his tail unless they're willing to pay for the two beakers he still hasn't forgotten about.

    Then there is Courtland Gentry, the gray wolf hybrid Grace sees at the same coffee shop every morning.

    A rainy day, a fever, and one very fluffy tail later, Grace wakes up in the wolf's apartment wearing his clothes.
    After that, somehow, they keep running into each other. Or perhaps it stops being a coincidence somewhere along the way.

    And unlike everyone else, Court never touches without asking.
    Which, as it turns out, might be exactly why Grace eventually wants him to.
