    “That I was fine.” Neuvillette's smile widened. “And that she would be visiting more frequently to make sure I am alright as well as our little one.”

    “Little one…?” Wriothesley’s eyes widened slightly. “Neuvillette, are you pregnant?”

    “I am.” The dragon chuckled at the surprise in his partner's voice. “I know it's been a long time of trial and disappointment but I am with child. Dragon gestational periods are different than a humans so a lot is unknown and guess work on Sigewinne and myself. But in a few months we will be holding a little dragonling… our dragonling.”

    After years of trying, Neuvillette relays the news to Wriothesley that they are expecting a dragonling. The two end up in their shared bedroom to celebrate the new chapter of their life.
