    Summary

"'If I grant you your freedom, what will you give me in exchange?' The idea of an exchange was of course pointless. Thoma would give Ayato anything if he only asked for it. He suspected Ayato wouldn't accept that answer though. It was part of the game, forcing Thoma to choose his own offering, to debase himself and ask for punishment. Thoma's mouth went dry."

Or: After the events of the Inazuma Archon Quest, Ayato forbids Thoma from leaving the estate. Thoma has to persuade Ayato to let him out again.
