    “Yes! Is that bad!” Why was it so hard for Grace to get it through his dumb skull? “Can hear it! Wound is deep!”

    “It’s not--” but then Grace momentarily lifted up his fingers to check the damage, revealing the nasty ragged wound across his forearm for just a split second, before he clapped his hand back down on it and tore his eyes away with a grimace. “...Okay. I think---you’re right. It’s... It probably needs stitches. Ffffudge.”
