   Summary

'I spent two lifetimes searching for a future worth fighting for. It turns out... it was waiting for us all along.'

In the quiet warmth of a warm house in Ashber, Arthur and Tessia build a peaceful life away from the shadows of war. Between gentle mornings, quiet intimacy on the warm oak floor, and the impending arrival of their twins, they prepare for a future neither thought they would live to see.

But bringing new life into a world without modern relics is a dangerous path—one that tests the limits of endurance, strength, and love.

A post-war domestic story of healing, childbirth, and the profound journey of becoming a family.
