Summary
School has always been a significant roadblock for Peter Parker. Between the many late nights patrolling and the many long afternoons in the lab with Mr. Stark, he finds himself drifting farther away from his priorities. It's been a week since he'd seen his old babysitter. He'd saved him from a shooting at a local bakery. Of course, he didn't know it was him, but fate loves to play games with Peter. Peter Luck. He'd saved the man who wielded such angry thoughts; the man that Peter had to face in court as a child. The man who was supposed to be in prison for at least 10 more years. With an immense amount of weight pushing him down further into a fearful loop of self-isolation, he tries to autopilot through the rest of the day, where he could only hope for his rage to calm down before the meeting Mr.Stark had arranged with the rest of the Avengers.
