Summary

When Gambit is assigned to lead a security detail for the mutant superstar Dazzler, he finds himself facing a mission unlike anything he's ever done before. But while he's used to danger and living on the run, leaving Rogue behind might be the hardest job he's ever taken.
With Rogue staying at Xavier's School to undergo intensive mental training with Professor X, the two must learn to live with the distance between them, and with all the things they still struggle to say out loud.
They promise to call every day and to come back. But in a world where danger can strike at any moment, almost 4 months apart may prove far more difficult than either of them imagined.
