    The comet only passes once ever thirty years or so. The people of Tatooine believe it heralds strange tidings. That it can mean impossible things come to pass. Ben thinks it’s all nonsense, and pays little mind to the date the comet is supposed to pass by. In another corner of the galaxy a young Jedi touches an object, a vergence in the Force. These two things are related.
