Summary
“Obviously, the guys you’ve been with didn’t know how to take care of you.”
Eddie scoffs a little, cheeks ruddy with humiliation as she refuses to meet Buck’s wild blue eyes. “And you would?”
Buck pauses, and Eddie flushes deeper because why the hell did she say that? This is not the territory she expected to broach at the beginning of the evening, and she’s pretty sure she’s about 5 seconds away from sinking into the couch and never returning to the surface.
But then, Buck nods. She nods, and nods, like a gift shop bobblehead. Her voice is a little airy as she says,
“Yeah. Definitely.”
Or, Buck shows Eddie how it's really done.
