“And you?” Minho asks. “What’s your plan for when an alpha chases you down and takes you right there in the woods?” His eyes are burning holes in Jisung’s skin.
Jisung resists the urge to scoff. “No alphas will chase me, not with my scent being what it is. I have nothing to worry about.”
“You think your smoky pine scent will save you?” Minho asks.
“I know it will. No alpha will want me.”
There’s a look in Minho’s eyes that he can’t quite decipher.
