Summary
When Shoto Todoroki was born, everything was supposed to proceed like normal. Right?
Right.
Turns out Shoto is the older twin to a weaker, smaller boy. As if that wasn’t enough to throw the Todoroki family through a loop, the younger twin was born small. So small that Enji himself had to hold the boy to provide warmth.
Five years later, Shoto’s Quirk revealed itself. But Toto’s didn’t. It was assumed he was Quirkless. No, it was just late by another five years. Toto kept it secret. But he starts acting out at school. He’s already isolated from his siblings due to his “Quirkless” status. Eventually he’s expelled from school at 12. By 13, he ran away and became a vigilante. Now he’s caught between his dream of being a hero next to his twin, or if he’s too far gone and accepts the path of villainy.
