Summary
She wakes up in a digital circus with no name, no memories, four arms, and a pair of wings that seem to have been designed purely for decorative purposes.
Naturally, things go downtower from there.
As Bumble gets acquainted with her fellow captives, she finds herself caught up in a succession of increasingly bizarre adventures, strange little discoveries, and conversations that leave her with considerably more questions than answers. The circus is ridiculous, the rules are questionable, and its ringmaster is… well, a lot.
Caine has a talent for turning just about anything into a spectacle. He also has a curious habit of making Bumble wonder what goes on behind all that theatricality. The more time she spends in the circus, the harder it becomes to dismiss the feeling that there’s more to this place—and its inhabitants—than meets the eye.
For now, there are adventures to survive, friendships to figure out, and a mystery she can’t quite put her finger on.
And somewhere beneath all the colour, something is beginning to show through the cracks.
