Summary
Seabound follows after Firebound. The First Wind is silent. The First Flame dormant. and in their place, the First Wave has taken notice. It's a race to see who can get to it first, without losing anyone else. We're following the original story into this book, and while in this one we'll touch base on the strange connection and past between Jack and Pitch, and why neither seem to be able to let go despite the hatred. We'll also touch base with Pitch's past.
The First Wave touched them a month ago, and ever since it's been silent. No water, no movement. Hiccup is having to come to terms with settling into the modern 2009. The way home to Berk is still closed and shows no signs of opening again. On top of that, he has to try and come to terms with the weird connection between his boyfriend and The Nightmare King. He hated that most. Not because he particularly cared about who Jack was connected to, but mainly because Pitch wasn't someone to be trusted, no matter what they had going on. Drago was out there, somewhere. They all knew it and that made it worse. It's one thing to wait for the monsters in the dark, it's another to know they're already out there.
