Alone but what happened to me in second grade (this was a school assignment btw)

Notes:

- These characters are heavily mischaracterized, this is a vent story of what happened to me in second grade.

Work Text:

I stared at the vivid flowers as they swayed, I sat on the prickly grass, raindrops pounded the dirt, I was alone, and weary. I stared at the others, playing, frolicking, living in happiness while I was in isolation, sobbing. As I feel tears begin to take form, eventually staining the purity of my cheeks…ruining them, as is second nature to me by now. My eyes burn as I lay, restless against the soft green features of the earth.
As I rested on the grass, my tears mixed with the raindrops. My azure skin soaked on the grass, my skin smooth and saturated, i huffed and puffed trying to yell for help, to see anyone,

At least someone,

Out …. There.

I realized.

I am alone.

.

.

.
The others pondered home, leaving me on the floor, cold and numb. Few of them stayed, staring at my body on the grass, vulnerable to the crowd.

“Is she okay?” They said,

“I feel bad. I bet she feels completely weak.” The other one spoke.

“...I see.”

“Let's help her.”

“The others will view us as freaks.”

“How?”

“They think she's a creep, a weirdo, but she was trying to fit in.”

“...Tragic.”

“I know right?”

“..But still, let's help her! I feel bad.”

“...Fine. Only this time.”

One of the strangers gently held my face up, making me look at them. The fingers are soft and tender against my cheek. I opened my eyes lazily.

“Huh…? Who is there…?” I spoke groggily

“It's us, Five and Three.” said Three

“...What do you want?” I said firmly.

“W-Were not here to cause trouble, One! We're here to… be friends.”

I paused for a moment before softening my expression.

“...Really?” I spoke gently.

“Really, One. We can be your friends.”

Slowly, Five grabbed my waist to lift me up. His fingers gripped my hips tightly. I look at him to see his lilac soft features, I look down at the dress they were wearing and how it hugs his waist perfectly.

Five put me down on the ground, my bare feet touching the cold grass. I look up to the celestial, glowing, dark night sky with a few meteors dashing through the sky like a laser beam. I looked over at Three intently, her coral feminine features lustred her face, her frame, her luscious curly hair had a beautiful pattern. She looked angelic and radiant, like a soft woman.

“What are you looking at?” Three spoke.

“O-oh…Sorry..” I looked away, I felt my ears burn.

“Hey One, you can hang in our place-“ Five said.

Three muttered something in Five’s ear before Five got to finish their sentence that made Five and Three snicker.

“Anyway-“

“What did you say to him?” I questioned.

“Nothing, One. You don’t need to worry about it.” Three said while snickering at Five.

“Uhm… Okay..” One said, she still looked embarrassed.

“Anyway, One, you okay hanging in our place for a bit?” Five asked.

“Y-Yeah! I’ll be okay with that..” She smiled.

“Nice. Let’s go.”

As they sauntered over the land, I stared at the pecks of stars hovering over me. The glory of celestial stars and meteors amazed me. I kept staring until I bumped into Three.

“A-ah! Woah, One! Watch your step!” Three yelped.

“Oh my god! I'm so sorry!” One cried.

“Ay, we're here.” Five said.

The house was basic with some grey streaks along the walls and the roof of the shack, nothing out of the ordinary.

“...Okay. Come on in.” Five spoke.

They all climbed up the stairs to the door and Five opened it, the inside was nice and classy. A few beanbags here and there, if almost if it were bare and nude; I hate it.

“Okay One, make yourself at home.” Five said.

I tiptoed to the farthest beanbag and plopped down on it, my hips took over almost the whole space along with my old fashioned dress hugging my waist tight, My cape hiding my non existent arms.

“Heya, One?” Three asked.

“H-huh? Yeah?”

“Do you even have arms? Are you faking it?” Three accused.

“W-Wha-? No! It's how I was born into this world…”

“You can tell us ya know.”

“N-No! Literally!” One said while lifting her cape up to show her cut off arms.

“Hm. Okay. Fine.” Three spoke harshly.

“Let's go to sleep, It's getting late.” Five said sleepily.

“Fine.” Three said

“Night!” I said

I rested my body onto the bean bag and drifted off to sleep, my hair slightly spreading out along the soft cushion. My dress rode up to my thighs, showing my azure skin. The soft snores filled the room of me, Three, Five slumbering in the dark, chilly room.

A few hours later, when it struck the 3rd hour of dawn, I stirred awake to my dress exposing me, I jumped but no one was looking; I only heard snores. So, I brushed it off and used my feet to shove my dress down to cover myself. I leaned down to grasp the zipper with my teeth to unzip my fanny pack with the glossy, star keychain I bought for myself. I grinned before fully unzipping it and pulling out my diary, grabbing a pen with my mouth. I opened the book to the next page, I wrote:

” Dear Diary, I've finally made some new friends! They were pretty,
I felt warm looking at Three but it can't be a crush? Right?
I just think she is pretty and I feel so delighted to be their new friends.
I hope they don't find me weird. Bye Diary! ”

My writing was lazy and wonky, I just awoke from my sleep. I shut the diary and shoved it in my fanny pack. I yawned and relaxed against the cushion

“Ahhhh.. It's gonna be a new day tomorrow!" I whispered happily.

I drifted off to sleep once again.

As soon as the sun brightens my face as dawn rises, the sun lusters the curtains and the window by my body. I stir, stretching my feet and standing up from the bean bag groggily.

“Ughhh… What time is it?...” I said sleepily.

I suddenly arouse as I saw the house empty and abandoned.

“H-Huh?! Hello!! Hello?!...”

No one answered.

“Five..? Three..?”

I ran to the window, squishing my face against the glass. I saw Five and Three playing with the others as I heard through the window,

“Kay Five you ready?” Three said while holding the ball.

“Ready!” Five yelled while holding his hands up in the air

Three threw the ball at Five, Five jumped up to grasp the ball onto his hands, his dress flared up, back down onto his figure.

“Nice job!” Three said

I looked at Two and Eight, Four and X, Six and Ten, Nine, Seven, They're all having fun, why not me?! Why do I have to be left out again?! I thought they would include me, but apparently not.

Why do I have to be alone… Again.

Why won't anyone hang out with me? Why do they hate me? I demand an answer!

…I wish i was special

I wish I was so special.

I want something, anyone, just one thing.

No one will ever like me, no matter how beautiful I look, no matter how weird I am.

I'm completely unlovable, Three won't like me back.

I just look like a hare trying to fit in with the bunnies and rabbits.

Why should I stand out if I will be put into my place outside of the world?!

I want to die already, I'm just a trouble maker.

When will I die? I want this misery to be over.

I want to die with the stars, as the bright dots guide my body to my grave.

I want to die with the moon, the alabaster illumination brightening my body.

I want to die with nebulas as the star dust surrounds my corpse.

I finally snapped, I tightened my fists, my knuckles turning white.

“...They will pay for the way they treated me. THEY WILL.”

.

.

.

I laugh wickedly, my soul full filled with vengeance and anger.

“I'll start slow… then ill take care of the rest..” I spoke with depravity, with a wide smile on my face.

I marched malevolently to the door, I kicked it open and walked out, everyone looked at me, snickering, whispering to their friends, I was done with that.
I marched over to Three and Five where they were laughing and talking, sitting on the grass. Three’s hair swayed like summer leaves in the breeze. Her face is so full of life and bliss. Five's lilac skin was so smooth and pretty, it just got along with his magenta dress perfectly! I didn't want to hurt my “friends” but I had to.

“So, Why didn't you guys wake me up? Huh?” I confronted them.

“H-Hey, One!...W-We just forgot!” Three panicked.

“Forgot huh? FORGOT?! I LOOKED AT YOU GUYS AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO TRY AND WAKE ME UP!”

“O-One! Quit yelling! We just forgot! No reason for you to get all hot and
bothered!” Five spoke.

Two walked over Three and Five, Two snickered with Eight and pointed at me.

“You guys really offered to hang out with her?! HA! That's even low for you guys.” Two laughed out loud.

“Freak!” Eight said to me while fleeing away with Two while pointing and laughing at them.

I gave them a death stare before looking back at Five and Three.

“So. Explain.” I spoke severely.

“Okay, One, We just didn't want that happening! No problems!” Five said.

“So you feel ashamed around me!?”

“... Well yeah One look how everyone looks at you.” Three talked.

Three’s words hit like a truck. I know how they think of me.

“...I know, but I just wanted some friends…” I said vulnerably. My spark is fading.

“No one wants to be friends with you. Suck it up. You're better off… Somewhere else.”

That just hurt more than anything. I felt my heart ache and my tears welling in my eyes. I immediately snapped

“WHY DID YOU EVEN TRY TO TALK TO ME!?” I howled.

“Because we felt bad okay?! Ever since you were young everyone hated you.” Three spoke.

I remembered the time where I was sitting on the face of the earth, during the night, my blue aura surrounded me, as my eyes worked on inventing new stars to glow in the skies, the full moon radiant and soft on my skin. I was just seven years old working my powers with the cosmos.

I was curled up, my long hair undulating with amber blooms as I finished the new star. My eyes luster, formed the dot of night light and let it float into the celestial sphere. I grinned and sprawled out on the grass and stared at the stars. I sensed something or someone behind me. I looked over my back and saw someone staring at me. I smiled, it was Seventeen watching me, I was relieved.

“Hey seventeen! Wanna see me do this?” I cheered

“...Witch.” Seventeen muttered.

“H-Huh?”

“WITCH!!!!” Seventeen cried out. Every tent lit up, I heard rustling.

“I-I'm not a-” I said before I got cut off to every algberalien holding a weapon, every sharp object surrounding me. All I could do is stay paralyzed and be vulnerable to every object aiming at me.

I looked up to see Seventeen pointing a sword at me, looking scared and terrified.

“W-Witch..” Seventeen quivered.

I felt a hot cold anger flash around me. My aura glowed vigorously and rapidly as I growled. My eyes began to light up a blue aura.
I zapped molten hot beams from my eyes at Seventeen, scorching their body while they shrieked and cried in pain. Their guts and body slowly dissolved into ashes while the blue fire around me glows even brighter.

I stopped, I snapped back into reality. I stared at seventeens corpse, i feel like i was gonna cry and kill myself. I snapped again to scare everyone away.

“EVERY GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE I KILL ALL OF YOU!” I howled at the crowd, they all quickly ran away.

I saw the wilted flowers, the grass seared, my aura disappearing from my body.

“What have I done…”

I rested on the burnt ground and cried, for eternity.

My flashback ended there, I remembered how I hurt someone. How I caused war. I looked at Five and Three, my mind flashing their young faces when they hugged and weeped. I screamed and shouted at everyone.

“W-Well i was…young!” I excused myself.

“You still did something wrong. That doesn't justify your actions.” Three defended.

“We're still grieving, One.”

“I wasn't even a witch in the first place! I was using my powers to add more stars into the sky! Nothing evil!” One yelped.

“Yeah right. You still have those powers, don't you?” Three said.

.

.

.

I had enough, I had to take my revenge to action.

“Actually, Yes, I do.”

I zapped a beam of blue light from my eyes at Three as she cried out, the big force of light pushed her away. Her skin was burnt from the glow of blue.

“Ow, One! We can talk about this!” Three cried out.

“You already did. I'm DONE WITH YOU GUYS!” I roared, my aura flaming around me.

I stride over to Three, a sinister smile on my face. Five ran to stop me but I flashed him a beam of blue before he could get nearer.

“NONE of you guys understand me! I HAVE DONE NOTHING, I WAS YOUNG AND YOU WERE ABOUT TO KILL ME! AND YOU BULLIED AND LEFT ME OUT MY ENTIRE LIFE!” I shrieked.

My aura glowed brighter and brighter, my body luminous with the light of neon azure. My eyes beamed streaks of glowing blue at everyone, only a few people dodged, Zero and Fourteen ran away before they could get hurt, Five and Three were still alive and breathing.

“Why aren't you guys DEAD?!” I yelped

“One- cough Y-you can't cough-” Three spoke weakly before one cut her off.

“NO. I can do ANYTHING! You guys have hurted me over and over! I'M DONE! YOU HEAR ME!? I'M DONE!” I screeched.
As soon as I screamed my lungs out I held up Three and five with my powers and brought them to the nearest river.

“You will soon hear the pain that I felt. YOU WILL.”

I shoved Three and Five faces into the river and held them there. I had a tight grip on the power. Both of them gurgled and suffocated while I laughed viciously.

“Yes, Yes, suffer..suffer.. SUFFER! NYAHAHAHA!” I said cruelly.

I drowned them until they were completely dead and lifeless.

I stopped to look up, I saw the crescent of the moon gleaming down on my skin.

I looked down, I saw Three and Five's corpses, Three's hair is wet and messed up, her shirt coming off her torso and showing her bra and her stomach. I saw Five dress riding up to his thighs, his hair wet all over his face.

“No no no no no… What have I done..”

“Three.. Five.. I'M SORRY! COME BACK!” I weep.

I couch down nuzzle my face against Three's cheeks

“Three, my love, I'm sorry…” I bawled

My lips pressed against Three's cheek and I finally press my lips against hers as I sob.

“Three.. I'll die with you I promise my darling…”

I slowly let myself drown in the river water, I suffocate until the water kills me. The moon glows the corpses of our bodies as I fade away.

Bye, Diary.
